Bethany Danner
Bethany's legal experience began in 2004 when she joined the Minnesota Army National Guard as a Paralegal Specialist. Bethany attending undergrad at Minnesota State University, Mankato (MNSU), majoring in finance and minoring in business law. While a sophomore at MNSU, Bethany began working as a legal assistant at a small law firm in Waseca, MN. After graduating with her undergraduate degree, Bethany began working at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in St. Paul.
While continuing to work full-time at the court, Bethany attended law school at William Mitchell in St. Paul. During law school Bethany had the opportunity to be a law clerk at the Minnesota Department Human Services, Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Minneapolis City Attorney's Office, and Chisago County Attorney's Office. These positions afforded Bethany to work hands on in the legal field in addition to the standard classroom instruction.
Bethany’s career as an attorney has been representing clients primarily in bankruptcy and estate planning. However, she began working in data practices for the Minnesota State Patrol in September 2021.
Bethany dedicates much of her free time to serving military members and first responders. She is a regional supervisor for the Wills for Heroes program, an attorney volunteer with the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans, a Reserve Police Officer with the Bloomington Police Department and current President of the non-profit Backing the Blue Line.
Her and her husband have two dogs. She enjoys traveling, the MN Twins and craft beer.
